THE TAIZE COMMUNITY is organizing a "Pilgrimage of Trust" in Kolkata (Calcutta) from Oct 5-9 to support young people in their search for God and in their desire to commit themselves in the church and society. The Taize community was founded by Brother Roger in 1940 to help people going through difficulties during the wartime.

Since then, tens of thousands of young adults have visited Taize to pray and reflect and to prepare themselves to establish trust and reconciliation back where they live.

In Singapore, there is a group of people who meet bimonthly at the Armenian Church to pray the Taize way using the songs of Taize. Those aged 20-35 years old who are interested in the "Pilgrimage of Trust" or in meeting other participants are invited to the next prayer at the Armenian Church on Jul 8 at 8pm.
